exercise plan and diet plan
This video is about what my exercise plan is now and what my exercise goals are. Currently I am walking 3.0 miles an hour at a 0 degree incline for an hour. I plan to increase the incline 1 degree for every pound lost up to 15 degrees. Then I plan to increase the speed .1 every five pounds till goal weight. I am currently swimming 60 laps a day I plan to swim an extra 5 laps for every 5 pounds lost. These are my exercise goals. My message is “diets” don’t work. You have to make a lifestlye change you can stick with for the rest of your life. This is exactly what I’m doing now.

It was good Oprah …
It was good Oprah really opened up about women in media and the pressures of it. Its a real battle or millions. I so relate too. On my site here you can see the vid ITS TIME WOMEN STAND UP! for more on women and media and pressures.
I think the show focsed on losing for YOUR HEALTH not the number on the scale or anyone else, and Oprah said “Its not a weight issue, its a love issue.” Which is so wise and true, but knowing is only half the battle.
Also she sad EXERSIZE is no 1 thing to do.

I have made a new lifestyle and stuck with it for 15 months already.
I have lost 84 pounds so far, 20 left to go.

I’d like to have a treadmil in my house. Sometimes I don’t want to go to the gym because people will see that I’ve gained and start to wonder why I fluctuate so much. Awesome. I have a gym membership but never go. I think I’ll start back tomorrow since my son is back in preschool to give me something to do. I was addicted to the sauna for a while though, it made me physically super weak and exhausted. I’d go up to 3 times a day for 45 minutes so I really need to take advantage of the machines. I guess I’ll just walk and run on the treadmil for about 2 hours to start and each week move onto the next machine until I can handle them all in one visit. Thanks
