You are so right, i have been eating so much slower and tasting my food, and breaking it into much smaller pieces, and i do find that i am satisfied and don’t have that stuffed/bloated/over eaten feeling. Great Vid!

I am completely new to you tube and stumbled across this channel and this group - I’ve never done anything like this before - I always felt weight loss was something I had to do on my own, but somehow watching your channel and readings posts in the group is really really motivating me - thank you for your efforts - I appreciate it! thank you so much. I had slowly gotten away from eating slowly and mindfully and this reminded me that I do feel fuller and eat less when I eat that way, and need to get back in the habit of eating slow and enjoying it.
