This video is about what my exercise plan is now and what my exercise goals are. Currently I am walking 3.0 miles an hour at a 0 degree incline for an hour. I plan to increase the incline 1 degree for every pound lost up to 15 degrees. Then I plan to increase the speed .1 every five pounds till goal weight. I am currently swimming 60 laps a day I plan to swim an extra 5 laps for every 5 pounds lost. These are my exercise goals. My message is “diets” don’t work. You have to make a lifestlye change you can stick with for the rest of your life. This is exactly what I’m doing now.

The Cure for Lazy Service Advisors.
You know me, 27-years of automotive retail had turned me into somebody larger than life…literally! But those days are gone!
Hi, Im Ted Ings, and I lost 33 pounds on the Auto University weight loss program!
Lets go to the highlightsI used to be a dealership Service Advisor who sat at my desk and wrote orders. I never got out of my chair!
Then I found that by getting on my feet and walking, I actually increased my metabolism and therefore burned more calories, reducing my weight!
Guys.You can do this!
By spending more time on the drive with your customers, youll lose weight, feel great and reduce the number of keystrokes thereby reducing carpel tunnel syndrome!
Oh, I forgot one more thing: This also works to cure Service Managers who let us skip key-parts of the process, by not watching us. When the Service Manager is out of their chair and on the drive, their performance improves too.
And thats the Tip of the Day.
If I can do it, you can do it too! Contact Auto University now! Thanks for watching.

Update - I gave an update through out the video, but wanted to make sure to put it here ~ I stayed on track with my nutrition goals, I didn’t turn to food this week out of comfort, and I kept my cardio and weights up above my normal routine.. I even did the killer hill 30 times! This whole journey has been amazing, and this has been my best week yet as far as fitness and overall wellbeing!
Please go to www.tbossbone.com where you can see all of the challengers, and show them your support by subbing to their vids. They did an amazing job!
