Secret to walk, run and sprint healthy fast and easy

You learned to walk and run instinctively as a baby by falling forward first while lifting and catching yourself. You still use that same process today because falling and lifting then catching yourself is the only way anyone can walk and run. You stay in place by gravity pulling you straight down. To walk and run, gravity pulls you forward and down. You lift to move parallel to the ground instead of falling down. All walkers and runners stand on a leg that slants behind the body for most of the ground time. That puts you off balance for standing still. The more off balance you land and stand, the faster the speed. Keep your upper body vertical except when starting on the first step. Tilting the upper body has no effect on speed. You can run backward with a forward tilted upper body. Now that you see you already run with gravity, you should know that you need to learn how to use gravity better. My gravity technique makes your walking, running and sprinting, faster, easier and healthier.
