Hi Ned. Thanks for the power walking advice. It changed my life! I now have 32″ thighs of pure muscle! Only thing though…ever since I started your power walking exercises I’ve been arrested 3 times for indecent exposure (but hey, I’m fully clothed!), my house got egged twice and my car got key-scratched multiple times forming a visible word that looks like ‘weirdo’! But ya know…I live in corn country. Thanks Ned!!!
