Sorry I’ve had some trouble uploading my videos to youtube but I’ve finally figured out the problem…

I NEED TO KNOW IF MY VIDEO IS TOO SHAKY, I HAVE A NEW HD HANDHELD CAMERA THAT DOESN’T HAVE IMAGE STABILIZATION AND I WAS WALKING WHILE I DID THIS VIDEO. LET ME KNOW IF IT’S TOO SHAKY AND YOU GET SICK FROM WATCHING THE VIDEO…NOT MY FACE.

Day 2 was an exhausting day I ran my dog chance for a couple of miles, helped my parents do some heavy lifting (furniture and a huge fish tank) and did Plyo. We had to do it when my dad came home around 5 and he didn’t want to do it and neither did I because I had a huge headache but we got through it. I’ll be honest we shut it off at the bonus but I wore a heart rate monitor while doing both the running and plyo and I burned about 1600 calories…I’m going to see if this thing is off because I felt like my heart rate was really high but I don’t know if I burned that much!

Anyway…I’m really sore but we only have the arms and shoulders routine today. It’s funny that I say only when it comes to that workout…
